Aug. 12: Creamsicle Beer Release, Iron Hill Brewery, Newark, Del.
Did you know Aug. 14 is dedicated to the most favored of ice cream treats, the Creamsicle? To celebrate National Creamsicle Day, Iron Hill Brewery in Newark, Del. has created the “Creamsicle Wit,” a belgian-style wheat beer featuring complex spice, orange and vanilla flavors and will start pouring it at 5 p.m. on Aug.12. Iron Hill “King of the Hill Club” members will also receive a complimentary creamsicle bar.

Aug. 13: 2016 Anniversary HOP Party, Levante Brewing, West Chester, PA
Levante Brewing is celebrating its one year anniversary with a “Helping Other People (HOP) Party!” General admission begins at noon with new beer releases, live music and multiple food trucks. To “help other people,” Levante is asking that attendees bring a can of food to fill a food truck and help others in need!

Aug. 13: Victory Brewing Parkesburg Community Day, Parkesburg, PA
From 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Minch Park in Parkesburg will host Parkesburg Community Day and Victory Brewing Co. will be serving their craft brews in a beer garden to help celebrate the occasion. The day will also include a 5K Race & 1 Mile Walk, Jr. Firefighter Challenge, Car Show, a Cake, Pie, & Cookie Baking Contest, local wineries, Chicken BBQ, live music and fireworks.

Aug. 14: Philly S.E.E.D Fest, Sugarhouse Casino, Philadelphia, PA
Philadelphia’s first ever vegan food and beer festival will be held at Sugarhouse Casino from 2 to 6 p.m. S.E.E.D, “Sustainable Everyday Edibles and Drinkables, will be the area’s first fully vegan food and beer festival, an inclusive and sustainable experience that everyone can enjoy – vegans, vegetarians, and omnivores alike,” according to information in the event’s online site. Tickets are $65 for the VIP session (begins at 1 p.m.) and $45 for the General Session; order them online before they sell out.

Aug. 16: Summer Fling Beer Dinner, Iron Hill Brewery, Ardmore, PA
Iron Hill Restaurant and Brewery in Ardmore hosts it “Summer Fling Beer Dinner” from 7 to 9 p.m. Five courses of Iron Hill’s delectable food prepared by Head Chef Brittany Jones will be paired with the following brews: Watermelon Berliner Weisse, Keller Pils, Summer Crush, Bedotter, and Overload Stout.
